Outlook Express 6

Hello,

I need to backup my Outlook Express 6 personal folders
and address book. Can someone provide with detailed
instructions on how to do this or provide a link within
MSFT that would provide this? I found instructions for
Outlook Express 4 & 5 but not version 6.
