The correct path to Outlook Express should be: X:\Program Files\Outlook
Express\msimn.exe {replace the X with your correct boot drive letter
[probably C]}. The easy work around to your present problem is to use
Windows Explorer [in "Accessories] to navigate to msimn.exe [[or just
type msimn.exe at your Desktop Search function to find it], then right
this file and select Create a shortcut. Then move that Shortcut to your
Desktop.
