outlook express 6

I have been having problem with my Outlook express 6. I
cannot send messages, I get the following error message:
Can anyone help me please. I am running home addition
windows xp. Jo
The message could not be sent because one of the
recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail
address was (persons email address to whom I am sending
the email is here ). Subject 'Fw: [Fwd: Fwd: Fw: I NEED
THIS BACK YOU'LL SEE]', Account: 'mail.peoplepc.com',
Server: 'smtp.peoplepc.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '553 To send mail, first check your mail with a
valid POP account; this prevents unauthorized SPAM
relaying. (#5.7.1)', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 553, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Assuming you're a peoplepc.com subscriber and were connected to peoplepc.com
when you were sending, the error's coming from peoplepc mail server and
telling you that peoplepc requires you to Receive mail (poll for new mail)
before you can Send. OE cannot be configured to do this.
