Recently had to restore OS Win xp with Serv Pack 2 on my machine a
Gateway7200. Gateway installs backup sys on computer when they send to you,
so when you restore you have options to use, one which allows you to save
your data files. My question is, are my most recent saved emails still
somewhere on my hard drive as part of the saved data files and can I retrieve
them. Also is my orig address book still there to be retrieved???

Only you could remember when you last saved data files. The *.DBX mail
folders, and the *.WAB address book files are probbably part of the backup
data option.
