Outlook Express 6 to Office Outlook 2007

Hi - I just upgraded to Outlook 2007 and used the files and setting wizard to
transfer my email okay. However the mail rules have not arrived? More
importantly, there used to be a mail rule option to "do not download from the
server" , but that seems to be missing on 2007. Any way I can apply a filter
such that some emails do not download ( and I know I can filter large
messages, but that is not relevant here) Any pointers would be appreciated.

Outlook Express is not Outlook 2007. Each application has different features
and rules - one of the rules available in OE is do not download - this is
not supported in Outlook due to mapi limitations.

Hi - I just discovered the same problem described below. Pray tell HOW
do you apply a filter such that some emails do not download?

Outlook does not support filtering email before downloading. You'll need to
download all and set outlook to leave it on the server.
