Outlook Express 6 Service Pack 1 (KB837009)

After downloading and installing the "Cumulative Security Update for Outlook
Express 6 Service Pack 1 (KB837009)", it keeps appearing on the "Microsoft
Windows Update" page and by the "Automatic Updates" every day. What would be
causing this and how would I stop it from appearing?

P.S. Outlook Express is NOT installed on my computer (and when it is
installed, I still exprerience this problem)

you need to ask in a windows group, not Outlook... but if OE is not
installed, why did you install the update? If you are using Outlook (the
topic of this newsgroup) you should not uninstall OE.
