outlook express 6 not responding when opened.

Can someone tell me how to fix this error. I open up my outlook express,
when I try to go to my inbox, sent items, or delete something, it says not
responding. I have tried to change the mtu code, but to no avail.
It says Error signature

szAppName: msimn.exe szAppVer: 6.02900.5512 szModName: hungapp
szModVer: 0.0.0.0 offset: 00000000

If someone could tell me what I need to do to fix this, I would appreciate it.
