Outlook Express 6 emails not delivered and not bounced

I have had several emails not delivered recently; the erstwhile recipients
claim they are not being filtered, and why should they be? The recipients are
professional organisations used to dealing with clients via email.
I have checked out my ISP email a/c.

What on Earth could be happening?
 
You need to check with the mail providers, as they should be able to track
whether or not the emails arrived, and if they've been trapped in a spam
filter (most likely).

Hi Rick

I assume you mean my ISP who provides the broadband link? I am not certain
how I would specify which messages to check.

But I don't really accept your premise; the organisations concerned were a
Real Estate agent and a Lawyer; not the sort of people who survive in
business if they shred email.
 
If copies of your messages appear in Sent Items, the problem is not OE.
