Outlook Express 6.0 "undeliverable" error message

Appreciate any help I can get.......
1. If I send email to 10 people in address book and while message is being
sent I get error message stating "undeliverable to XXXXX", does that mean the
email address I have for that person is incorrect or does it mean something
else?

2. Same scenario.....do the other 9 people receive the message?

1) That means it wasn't delivered to XXXXX. The rest of the NDR will tell
you the reason.
2) Sure, the error doesn't say anything about the other 9.
