Outlook Exp Attachments

I am not getting attachments from a particular sender who
is mailing to a number of recipients. What can keep me
(and some others) from receiving the attachments? The
messages are fine.

are they sent using Outlook and are you using Outlook Express? If so, the
sender is probably using RTF format and you receive it in a winmail.dat
which OE hides because it knows it can't open it. Tell the sender to use
HTML or plain text.
