outlook.exe will not close (outlook 2007)

Hi,

on several pc's we are having the following issue with outlook 2007.
after we close outlook 2007, de outlook.exe process keeps running forever.
The only way to reset it is to stop the process or restart the pc.

we are having this problem on 2 windows xp pc's and 1 windows vista pc.
all versions of office are different (SBE, PRO)

two of these Pc's have business contact manager running.

I thought I recall reading that the Business Contact Manager can do that.
