OUTLOOK.exe not activating

Outlook 2000 -email not functioning after uninstalling
earthlink program. After reloading Outlook received
message: OUTLOOK.LIB.DLL is linked to missing MSO9.DLL.939.

Solution?

How come it can take me less than a minute to find this stuff on the
Microsoft Support site but you can't? http://support.microsoft.com

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, RHC asked:
