outlook.exe entry point not found

I setup a second user on my desktop, setting the permissions to
Administrator, I setup Outlook on the new account and it opened with the
error - outlook.exe entry point not found - I thought that perhaps it didn't
like having 2 outlook accounts running so I removed all the email accounts
from the original user and eventually deleted the original user account.
Still this has not helped. I now cannot send emails from any programme (ie.
File; Send To; Email). I was just letting it be until I now installed new
software (non-related) and it needs to send my authorisation code to the
manufacturer - it can't access my email programme so won't let me complete my
activation.

Can anyone help to fix this outlook error *please*

There should be further info in that err msg, giving a *.dll file
Initially use Detect/Repair either from within OL or using the Office/OL cd
Also run the sys file checker - see win help

PS next time post to an OL ng and give your version of OL, as this has
v.little to do with winxp
