Outlook / Exchange Web Version

The company I work for uses a Web Version of Outlook / Exchange version
2003. Not that I am runing Vista and Internet Explorer 7+ when I press the
New button the usual new message screen pops, but the text / body of the
message has a "Red X" only in it. I cannot add a message. Anyone have a
clue what's going on?
