Outlook/Exchange Error Message

When a user tries to send to a certain domain, they get the following:

You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance,
contact your system administrator.
<exchangeserver.ourdomain.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1
<[email protected]>... Cannot accept mail from
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx because there is no name associated with the client address.>

I have, of course, changed the names and IP addresses to protect the
innocent. This just started happening, and last week they were able to send
without issue.
Any suggestions? Thank you!

Erin, I am experiencing the same problem, I get the error message "You do not
have permission to send to this recipient."

The e-mail I get is on an XP SP2 machine on Outlook 2003 SP1 (all updates)
(Exchange is on Server 2003)

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
