--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Go to accounts click on servers tab make sure your pop3 mail.site is
set(mail.holmespropertymanagement.com) example then your e-mail user name
([email protected]) password****** check box
remember password, then check the box that says my server requires
authentication, next click on settings button, click on dot that says
log on using
e-mail username: type only your charter username example (charles_morrow)
Note: Do not use the @ symbol example([email protected]) is wrong,
wrong, wrong!!!! username: only example (charles_morrow) then password right,
right right!!!!
password: your chater password (*******) next check the remember my password
box, click ok and send your mail. this works in outlook too same process, i
have set up mail.qwestoffice.net = smtp.charter.net and
mail.holmespropertymanagement.com = smtp.charter.net and mail.cloudnet.com =
smtp.charter.net these all work fine it took alot of digging and trial and
error frustration from no tech support, so enjoy this 421 easy error repair.
It WorkS!!!!
