Outlook error: The Macros in this project are disabled...

Whenever a new mail message is opened in Outlook 2003, the
following message appears:

"The Macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to
the online help or documentation of the host application
to determine how to enable macros."

I have played with the macro settings, and disabled them.
No avail. Please advise if anyone has the fix.

Are you using word as your editor? Do you have macros in the normal.dot
template? Did you change the macro setting in Word?
