Outlook error messages

Installed Outlook 2003 in April. I continue to get the error message:
"Outlook is trying to retrieve data from the microsoft exhange server
ACPWVBE0002.us.ad.wellpoint.com.

Each time the message comes up I cannot send or receive messages.

One time the message read as above but with acoga2K244.us.ad.wellpoint.com

Do you use an Exchange account? If so, talk to the IT people who run it.
If not, remove the Exchange account from your mail profile.
