Outlook Error Message

A setting on my Microsoft Outlook 2007 has automatically changed in the last
30 days. When I click on a link in an email message I receive, that says:
“Click To Follow Link,†I get the following message: “This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer, contact your system
administrator.†How do I change this setting?

This is an IE error, not an Outlook error. See this:
