Using Microsoft Outlook Express 6
Excel and Word 2003 SP2
Windows XP Pro

I send many attachments by going to file>send to>Mail Recipient
(attachment). When showing this feature to a coworker the following message
appeared on there computer: No profiles have been created. To create a new
profile, use the Mail icon in Control Panel. "OK" Please advice.

Your coworker has Microsoft Office Outlook set as the default mail client
and not yet configured it. If you want to use OE set that as the default in
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs

Obviously Outlook is defined as standard mail client on his system, but
it's not configured for email yet. Either, if he wants to use Outlook as
mail client, he creates a Outlook profile so that he can use Outlook, or
he has to set Outlook Express as standard email client on his system:

Control Panel | Internetoption | Programs
