Outlook error message on quitting

Every time I shut down Outlook 2003, I get a message saying that an error has
occurred and do I want it reported to Microsoft. I do not know what the eror
is (cannot interpret the info). Does anyone else have this problem? Outlook
seems to be funcioning just fine.
