Outlook Error in Event Viewer Application Log

Anyone know anything about the folowing error thats shows
up daily in my Event Viewer's Application log:

Rejected Safe Mode action : Microsoft Office Outlook.

Source is Microsoft Office 11
Event ID is 2001
Category is None

I tried the link above to no avail,

Ed,
The error message you refer to "Rejected Safe Mode action : <application>"
can be generated when file version ID's do not exactly match what Windows
has stored. Sometimes this can be fixed by uninstalling then reinstalling
the latest <application> service pack. Other times, it takes a complete
program uninstall/reinstall. Either way, make a backup of your PST file
first!
