Outlook error "CICEROUIWndFRAME: No disk in Drive."

Upgraded from Office Pro XP to Office Pro 2003. When
Outlook opens I receive multiple instances of
error "CiceroUIWndFRAME: No disk in Drive" followed
by "Outlook.exe: No Disk in Drive Device/harddisk3/DR6".
Both errors can be dispatched by Cancelling the error.
However I must do this 5 or six times respectively each
time Outlook opens or is used as an email editor. I do
not have 3 HDD's present. I have tried to repair the
software using built-in utilities. I have tried to
reinstall also without success.

Start the setup and choose to Add or Remove features-> Next-> select Choose
advanced...-> Next-> expand Office Shared Features-> unselect Alternative
User Input-> Update

If you used these feature reboot and reinstall them again. If you didn't use
them do install them again.
