outlook error 0x800ccc13

not able to send emails but may receive. told that I need
to edit the registry but not certain how/what I am
editing. Any solutions?
 
What version of Outlook do you have? What sort of mail account(s)?

Sounds like you might not be authenticating to your outbound server. Check
the "Outbound Server" tab on the account properties page.
