Hello & Greetings ! Thanks for your help.

Problem: Emails not able to go out of my Outbox.
Microsoft Outlook 2000.
Emails coming in AOK. Surfing Internet AOK. Outgoing
emails do not go out.

Error Message: A TCP/IP error occurred while trying to
send data to the server. (Account:'mail.bww.com',SMTP
Server: 'smtp-server.mn.rr.com', Error Number: 0x800ccc13).

Road Runner ordinaroly does not allow non-Road Runner users to send mail
through Road Runner message transports. Your address appears to be in the
domain bww.com, but you're trying to send via mn.rr.com. Your address
should be a Road Runner address.

Try authenticating to the outgoing server. It should be on one of your
account property pages
