outlook/emails

after setting myself up with msn outlook took all my
emails from my supanet acc and left me with no emails
there.how can i stop outlook doing this and get back to
emails going to my supanet acc. i am running 98se.
please help the missus is going crazy.

click on 'tools', then 'accounts' and you should see your accounts
listed there of which your supanet acct should be one of them.
Highlight the account and click on the 'Properties' button and then
click on the 'Advanced' tab. Go to the botton under 'Delivery' and
check the box 'Leave a copy of messages on server'. This will leave
emails on the server so that they can be retrieved by two different
email clients. Just make sure that you also check one of the other
boxes to either automatically delete messages after x number of days
or to delete them when you delete them from within Outlook otherwise
your mailbox will fill up and you won't receive any more email.

No recent version of Outlook has an "Accounts" item on the Tools menu. It
might be "E-mail Accounts" or "Services"
