Outlook - Emails - adding a footnote

I use outlook 2003 with office professional

I would like to add a footnote to all emails telling poeple it is
confidential etc.

Have a signature but did not see option to add a footnote.

Some direction would be appreciated.

Have you thought about adding the information at the bottom of the signature?
