Outlook email reminders should work outside of the Inbox.

I'm using the reminders on some of my emails for follow-up. I put them in a
follow-up folder and never get the reminder. I just discovered that the
reminders only work in the Inbox.

I would like to be able to file these reminders in other folders for
follow-up, as I keep my Inbox clear generally.
