Outlook email notification

I keep getting the same email message delivered to my inbox every 10 minutes.
Does anyone know why this is happening? The sender is someone I know, who
sends me other emails that I only get once. What is the problem? It's very
annoying :)

It could be that it is stuck on the sender's outgoing mail server. Have them
delete the email from their mailbox and see if that helps.
