Outlook email attachments not received

When I send a file atttachment to multiple email receipents only the first
address on the list is getting the attachment the others say that it is not
attached. This is only just started happening for some reason.
 
Version of Outlook?
Type of account?
Message format being used?

In case of Rich Text switch to HTML or Plain Text as Rich Text is mainly
intended for internal mail between Outlook clients.

I'm using Outlook 2003 with POP3 account and I have already checked and it
is HTML format for the messages. Hope this helps
