Outlook Email _ Cannot View ScreenShots

Can not view screen shots on original email, but when the user replys or
forwards the email the screenshot appears. Can someone assist or point me in
the right direction.

"screenshots"? do you mean you cannot see the body of received email?
Adobe add-ins could do this in the early stages of the office 2007 beta. Are
any installed? If so, disable them.
 
He has no Adobe Plug-ins installed......
