Outlook editor security

i am facing problem in outlook. i want to restrict receipent do not change
the contents of mails when i send a mail.i found that most of time the
receipent changed the subject or some time content of mail when i send mail
to any one. is there any solution related to my problem.
 
Restrict permissions with IRM is about the best you can do. Look in Outlook
Help for more info.

And that only applies within a Server 2003 or later domain - anything
outside that can be edited with or without IRM in place...
 
No. IRM works quite well outside a server domain but I personaly wouldn't
rely on it.
