Is there any way to change the security level in outlook so that I can
receive e-mail attachments?

In MS Office Outlook 2003, Tools> Options> Click on the
Security tab. Click on Change Automatic Download Settings.
In the dialog box that opens, uncheck Don't download
pictures...
