I cannot send e maim because my send option is not showing

I'm also having a problem. Suddenly, yesterday morning when
I tried to send/receive email I got this error "Unable to
connect to server -- Error 0x800ccc0e". I am using XP and
have 2 profiles where there are 2 differnet email addresses
with the same company. My other profile is working just
fine. But this particular one continues to be a problem.
I'm using a cable modem and was told to reset everything
including the modem and router, both together and then
separately. I still have this problem. I've checked all the
settings and everything is fine. I even removed and then
recreated the account. I've tried adding the email address
that is working fine and even THAT won't work (same server,
just different username). Can anyone shed some light on
this? I've also used the fix/repair option in Help and
still no luck. This just happened suddenly and no changes
have been made to my computer. My other profile and account
work fine (using Netscape Messenger), so this must be an
Outlook (2000) problem. Any ideas? This has been persistent
for 2 days and it's very frustrating! Thanks for any help.
