Jim, open the email you want to save. You can save it directly to your disc
or to your desktop first and then copy it to your disc by clicking on
File
Save As

You can use the File name shown or pick a new one.
In the Save as Type box, you need to change the format to Outlook Message
Format.

That's it.

Two operations: drag the item with the mouse, or save it via File/Save, then
delete the item from Outlook.

Hi Jim,

move the email on the desktop with your mouse. It will save as ".msg" file.

As ".msg" file you can burn it on CD as a normal file.
