Outlook E-mail

How do i make Outlook my e-mail default. for instance if I was to use say MSN
or Comcast as my e-mail server can I use outlook as the home page?

You have NOT made a suggestion. Please do NOT check the "suggestion" box
if you are NOT making a suggestion.

I think you are getting very confused here between Web mail and an email
client. Outlook is not a "home page" - Outlook is an email client that
will download and send mail through certain types of mail server,
principally Exchange and POP.

If Comcast supports POP email, then yes you can certainly use Outlook as
your email client. Just find the settings on Comcast's site and enter
them into Outlook. MSN (by that I presume you mean Hotmail) can only be
used in a POP-enabled email client if you have a paid-for account.
