Outlook E-Mail Time Stamp one hour ahead

I have been experiencing the DST nightmare for almost 4 days now. Of 7
servers I patched, 4 were not correct, and of 60+ Win XP SP2 users,
only about 10 are right.

Here's my scenario now - we run Exchange 2003 on a Win 2003 server.
Our users all run Outlook 2003.

I finally have the workstations all displaying the correct time in the
toolbar, and the servers as well. And, finally the time does not
randomly change backwards and forwards an hour randomly which is a
huge improvement.

Outlook calendar times are now correct, though some appts. had to be
manually corrected.

But, when email is sent between users in the domain, the sender of the
email shows the correct sent time in their sent items, but it is
received with the date displaying one hour ahead.
Mail sent outside the domain is delivered with the correct time and is
received outside with the correct time. Mail sent to our domain from
the outside, though, is received with the date displaying one hour
ahead. And, If I open my mailbox with OWA, all mail sent or received
displays one hour ahead.

Server and workstation updates and patches were all done properly, and
in the order MS recommended.

I am stumped and exhausted with the hours and hours I have spent on
this this week.
Suggestions?

Did you install the OWA CDO update? Did you use MS patches or TZedit to
change the zones? Wire seeing issues with some systems where you need to
change the TZ on the system and the set it back to the right one.

also verify (and triple check) that the Tz , DST and the times are correct
for your location.

Did you install the DST updates? Changing the time and deselecting the DST
box can create problems with meeting requests during standard time.

SAme problem as what? You posted a new item, did not include the post to which you are replying, and are using Egghead Cafe, which is fast becoming my least favorite site for exactly these reasons.

After furious head scratching, ty tyson asked:

| Same problem here. Same revisions (all 2003), patches installed as
| instructed. Workstations and servers displaying correct time. Have
| tried switching TZ on server and back again. Mail from the outside
| to our domain timestamps one hour ahead.
|
| Yes, MS patches installed as instructed, everything triple-checked.
|
| Any further updates on this? Thank You!
