Outlook E-mail Reply

E-Mail replies get hung-up in the Out Box. I'm using XP Pro, Outlook 2003,
and Norton's AV. I have tried disabling Norton without success. I can send
messages with no problems but can not reply to e-mails.

Any thoughts

No. The messages just remain in the Out Box even after I have written other
messages (not by "Reply")
