Outlook e-mail printing one column

Outlook 2003
WindowsXP

I am printing e-mails and they print one column in the middle of the page. I
have "memo style" selected..page setup is "letter".

I ran a "detect and repair" and it did not help.

Any ideas??

what are the margin settings?

PS next time you multi post, include both groups in one message so people in
both groups see all replies.
