outlook e-mail download

I have 3 subaccounts on verizon.net and outlook will not recognize my user
name and password on these accounts. I cannot download incoming mail even
though I can access it on the internet website. It will allow me to recieve
mail on the primary account. It worked before I reformatted my hard drive
and re-installed office 2003. Does anyone know why it won't recognize my
user name and password?

check the Verizon help site - are you entering the username in the correct
format? Some require the full email address, others just want the part
before the @. Are you using the correct authentication mode?
