Outlook Dump file

When using Outlook 2003 user often gets this message below. At this time she
was only viewing a managers Calander.

the program [c:\program files\microsoft office\office11\outlook.exe
/recycle] caused a problem ans is going to close. Would you like to save a
dump file
I have the dump file but can not read it or who to send it to to be read.
Does anyone know or have any ideas?
I have reimaged her computer to have a clean version of Windows XP on it but
the error message has come back. ???

I loaded the Regcure like you suggested and I am an administrator of my
machine but it would not run unless I had Admin rights and I do....so it wont
run for me....any other suggestions?

please check the administrator rights
if you are in office enviournment its common, your system administrator
blocks you from download.
check by creating a new user account.
