Hi
Does this ever happend before, i have a user that says he had a email in
draft folder and after trying to attach a document it closed and when he
tryes to find it it is lost. The email was later found at the recipient but
not in the users outbox. I have no idea how he manage to do this. Do you
have any answers?

I'd be more inclined to think he's accidently sending it - hitting ctrl+s,
or ctrl+enter. Have him put garbage characters in the to field so it won't
resolve to any contacts - that should pop up a dialog that asks him to find
the correct contact and you can cancel the send. He can also use a sending
rule to delay all messages by xx min so he can recover them from the outbox
when it happens.
