outlook downloads duplicate messages

I have outlook configured for a pop3 mail account on
clients in my network. The problem is outlook downloads
messages multiple times. The setting in Leave a copy on
the server is checked in Advanced mail properties, the
same account is configured on three pcs.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
 
I have the same problem with Outlook 2003 on one computer
but not with Office XP on other computers. Are we the
only two? We leave Email on server because 4 computer use
this Email account.
