Outlook does not send from primary mailbox

Hello

We are using Outlook 2003 and many of us are connected to a secondary
mailbox. When we work out of that mailbox, Outlook is automatically
filling in the From field with that secondary address. Does anyone
know how to stop this? Some of my customers want to always send from
themselves no matter what email box they are connected to.

Then they'll have to change the sending account manually. Outlook responds
using the same account that the message was sent to originally.
