Outlook does not load my extension dll....

Hello All.

Configuration:
Windows 2000
Outlook 2000 sp2

Outlook does not load my extension, while I do not go to the menu Tools\
Options, after that all right...

..ecf file is valid.
In other configurations there are no problems.

Why this problem occur?

Do you create the "refresh" registry key after copying your ECF file to the
Addins folder?
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Extensions
with the value of
4.0;Outxxx.dll;7;000000000000000;0000000000;OutXXX
