Outlook distribution list

When I set up a distribution list, many of the recipients don't get the
email; get a garbled email; get the email without attachments and some get
the email perfectly fine. I hear that there is a glitch with Outlook. What
can I do because the recipients all get the email when I sent them
individually?

You will need to tell us what version of Outlook you are using.

I suspect you are sending html email and the answer is to send in plain-text
