Outlook did not install when after downloading Office 2007 demo?

After downloading and installing the Office 2007 demo, Outlook has not
installed. From what I can see, all other office 2007 products are installed
and working OK. I am currently running Office XP with no problems and using
Outlook 2002 SP3 heavily.
 
OL2007 wont install untill you uninstall OL2002
PS OL2007 format data file is not able to be read by pre OL2003 versions
