Outlook Desktop Icon

The Outlook System Icon was on the desktop on all the users on a particular
computer. It looked like this Icon may have resided in the ALL USERS
folder. One user deleted it and now all the other users does not have the
Outlook System Icon on their desktop. The user that deleted it emptied his
recycle bin.

How can I get the Outlook System Icon back on the desktops? This is
Outlook's SYSTEM ICON, not a standard shortcut icon.

thanks,

M
