Outlook denies IE from sending link using toolbar icon in IE

When I want to send a link to someone I click on the envelope icon on the IE
toolbar. This action opens a outlook mail window with a yellow info strip up
stop stating that: Message has not been sent. outlook has blocked access to
the following potentially unsafe attachment. I can find no way to turn this
off.
 
I have almost the same prob with xp pro and outlook 2002 ( office XP )
I get this error:
THE OPERATION FAILED DUE TO NETWORK OR OTHER COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS. CHECK
YOUR CONNECTIONS AND TRY AGAIN

I cant send a link using the mail icon in MSIE 6
I have tried detect and repari
