Hello. i have a problem with microsoft outlook 2003 under MS exchange.
i have 2 folder benith. Mailbox and Personal folder. usualy, evey mail
i send or receive must be delivered kept in the mailbox folder.
howevre, my problem is that every email i got is automaticly delivered
to the Personal folder. my mailbox is empty. i checked the rules.
there's nothing beneath.... i tried every thing, nothing appears.. any
idea ???

We basically had the same issue when we installed Exchange. We had another
mail server in house beforehand. What worked for us is to go to Tools, Email
Accounts, Change/Modify Existing Accounts, Then on the Email Accounts window
that opens, change the default delivery of mail to your exchange account.

I also recommend going back, backing up your Personal Folders to a .pst file
(just in case) then using the Data File Management option to remove your
personal folders... then once removed, import the messages and such from them
back into your Exchange Mailbox.

Doing that provides a backup in that your items are then stored on the
server, (which they could already have been if the .pst file is on the
server).

Hope that helps,
Ken
